MYOB Teams photo verification

We are getting errors in MYOB Teams Kiost with no photo verification, the message "something went wrong"

Same error on two different computors in diffrent locations, Both running Chrome, tried explorer and same does not show photos.

 

Reading other posts it sounds like this feature is not working for anyone? and no fix published.

    Thanks for your post.

     

    Can you try to access the MYOB Teams Kiosk thru team.myob.com using the browser? When you successfully log in there, you may delete the location itself to delete all your employees. After that, you can create a new location and then Add and invite employees to a location.

     

    If your business has a location set up with photo capture or geolocation enabled, you can:

    • check the photos captured each time the employee clocked on or clocked off using the tablet kiosk, or
    • check the geolocation status.

      I did what you ask attached is screen shots of setting up and final results is the same, the photos dont appear.I had to wait for our pay week to finish in case I deleted time sheets. Feed back from our employees about the app, they are all casual and we thought they could apply for leave on days they could not work, but they tell us that feature does not work on the app. Is there any way the owner of the bussiness not a employee log onto the app to see what our employees see? The reviews on google play, do not look promising for MYOB.

      I have enabled Photo Capture through 'Location' Settings. 

      While testing the MYOB Team Kiosk, the photos of us are taken while starting and ending shifts and  recording the break times. Once recorded, it says that the Timesheet is successfully submitted.  However, the issue is that these photos are lost or inaccessible when trying to view them after clicking the verify with photo option in 'Timesheets'.  Specifically, the message comes up with "Something went wrong. Image not found."

       

      How can this be fixed?
