MYOB team - Verification photos not appearing

Hi, 

 

I have set up MYOB team in iPad. We are going to use an on-premises iPad tablet kiosk to clock on and off. I am doing testing now. The verification photos are not appearing. The message is: Something went wrong. Image not found. 

 

I have deleted the app. in iPad and reinstalled the app. I have tried to use another browser to log in admin portal. But the verification photos are still not appearing. 

 

Would you please advise how it can be fixed?

 

We are using MYOB AccountRight. The serial number is: 1491.

    Hi there SaraAtNicco,

     

    I have edited your post as your serial number is included. This is also for the protection of your account. Regarding your concern about the MYOB Team Kiosk wherein the images are not being recognised or not found, can you log in to MYOB Team Admin portal? When you successfully log in there, you may delete the location itself to delete all your employees. After that, you can create a new location and then Add and invite employees to a location.

     

    If your business has a location set up with photo capture or geolocation enabled, you can:

    • check the photos captured each time the employee clocked on or clocked off using the tablet kiosk, or
    • check the geolocation status.

      Thank you for your reply. I have deleted the location & all employees. then I create a new location & add and invite employees. I still can't find the photos.

      How long it takes for the photos uploaded to the admin portal?

    If you're still having issues with having the photos taken to show in MYOB Team Admin portal, I highly suggest getting in touch with our live chat for further assistance. To get through to a live chat agent, you will need to get in touch first to our virtual assistant, MOCA through myob.com/support.
