Thanks for the heads-up! If your employees can’t send leave in the MYOB Team app, please check their card file to make sure the leave type they’re trying to use is linked to their card and they’re entitled to it. Once that’s confirmed, ask them to uninstall, then reinstall the app and try again! It usually fixes the blank dropdown and the submit button not responding. If it’s still not allowing you to submit, give our team a buzz via our virtual assistant MOCA or pop a support ticket through My Account. We’ll help you sort it out.
