OTE conversion to QE

Hi, What is the current process for the update payday super pay categories from OTE to QE. Thanks

I have noticed a payroll category was set incorrectly - it should have been excluded from super calc and OTE. I tried to tick the exclude option in Pay items but it will not save?

Hi lisafin,

It’s unusual that you’re not able to save after ticking the exclude option on the pay item. The best next step is to reach out to our support team so they can look into your file directly and sort this out for you.
