Totally get why this is stressing you out, especially when you’ve just kicked off with Payday Super. There’s no option to cancel a super payment, but you can reverse it. Just keep in mind:
- Reversing it doesn’t pull the money back. Since it’s already been paid, you’ll need to contact the employee’s super fund to talk through about the refund.
- Once the refund is sorted, you can then reprocess the super using the correct dates so everything lines up.
