Hi tomlas,
That sounds like the fortnightly pay cycle is picking up an old completed pay run.
I’d check the last completed fortnightly pay and make sure the pay period start date, end date, and payment date are all correct. If one of those was saved with the wrong date, it can keep flowing through to the next pay run.
If those dates all look right and it’s still defaulting to 11/2/25, you’ll need to reach out to support so they can take a closer look. You can create a ticket in My Account or jump onto live chat through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
