Pay Run - STP error $0 balance

I processed a pay run on 2 January 2025 totalling $480.   When completing the Income Activity Statement for Jan 2025, I  noted the prefill is incorrect - W1 is $480 less than it should be.   The STP ...

    Hi RPA158,

     

    If the pay run amount shows zero on STP, I suggest checking all payroll categories to ensure everything is correct, especially the $480 amount. If everything looks good, try sending an update event. After this, recheck the payroll reports if it shows the correct amounts and yet the W1 is still incorrect, you should manually edit the W1. I recommend getting assistance from your accountant while doing this.
