Hi,
As you can see in the attachment in my previous post, both the payment period and payment dates are in July. There is no June dates related whatsoever. I have checked with my other colleagues as well and their MYOB are also doing the same thing. MYOB would not ask them an option to choose between an updated pay run or a new pay run. Could you please look into this problem for me?

Thanks for sharing more details. I apologise for the confusion earlier. It's indeed strange that STP is treating your July payments as updated pay runs and not giving you an option for new ones. To get to the bottom of this, I recommend checking your payroll reports to confirm if the amounts were recorded correctly, even though STP reports show $0. If your payroll reports are missing the last payment, have a chat with MOCA, our virtual assistant.
