Pay Run Issue

Good Afternoon Wondering if anyone has advice - I currently have 50+ employees, this increases to 100 or so in Summer.  For over a year now, when using MYOB via browser, I can only process pay cycl...

Hi mrstina,

 

Our product team is already aware of the error message when creating a pay run. The workaround suggested by our support team to process payments into smaller batches is indeed correct. No worries, I've added your account to the ongoing case to make sure the product team knows you're also affected. Thanks a bunch for your patience while we get this sorted out .
