Firstly, I would recommend you check your payroll reports, such as the Payroll Activity, Register, and Year-to-Date (YTD) reports. These reports should provide a comprehensive overview of your payroll transactions. If the reports match the details of the last payrun, it indicates that the last payrun has been successfully reported. If these reports match, then you may send update event, this is just to update the information for the ATO.
