Hi Lawncare500,
Normally, once you record a pay run, it’ll just show up in STP, so that does sound a bit odd.
A couple of quick checks:
- First, ensure that the pay’s definitely there under Payroll > Pay runs, and that the Payroll activity and Payroll register reports appear correct.
- Then, jump into Single Touch Payroll reporting, set the year to 2024–25, widen the date range, and select 'Show all statuses', especially around the January 2025 pay.
If it still doesn’t show in the STP list, but the pay is in Payroll > Pay runs and your Payroll activity/Register reports match, the correct year‑to‑date amounts are still what’s being sent through to the ATO.

Hi Genreve, thank you for the reply, this issue was discovered by our Accountant when he compared the STP amounts with the amounts in MYOB report "Summary of Payments", there is a difference of approx 1K which exactly correlates with the pay run that has not been recorded in STP. Where to from here?

Hey Lawncare500,
Really appreciate you laying out what your Accountant found and how it ties back to that missing STP pay run. With the thousand dollar gap showing up between the STP figures and the Summary of Payments report, you can reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. This way, they can trace exactly where that difference is coming from and make sure everything lines up properly on your end.
Cheers,
Doreen
