Pay Runs not working

Hi, I have tried all day to do a pay run for my employees. I have cleared history, cleared cache, tried on a macbook and a PC separately. Have logged in and out constantly. MYOB itself is working for me, but pay runs is not, it is continuously in a loop saying loading. Any ideas how to fix this or when it will be up and running again? I need to pay my employees. Thanks

  • Hi bbscleantidy - thanks for your question, and sorry to hear you're having trouble with pay runs.

     

    There are no known issues that would be causing that, so if it's still happening I'd suggest you reach out to MOCA, MYOB's virtual assistant, at myob.com/support for deeper assistance.
