Good morning, I've attempted to use Pay Super after our pay run today and it's coming up with 'Whoops, something went wrong, looks like the service is unavailable right now. Please try again later'.
Not sure if you're aware of this but wanted to let you know anyway.
I called MYOB support - had to use browser version
I'm having the same trouble today too :(
Did they say it was just a today solution or ongoing we need to switch to the browser?
I agree Marilyn15, there's some things that just don't work in the browser
me neither, and why hasn't myob got the ability in this day and age to let us know they have had a glitch and that we might need to clear cache etc....... disappointing
