Hi Chris,
My client processed a superannuation payment for her employee, but the payment was rejected.
I checked the fund details and tried adding the super fund using the USI AMP0276AU, but the USI does not appear in the available list.
The fund name is The Trustee for National Mutual Retirement Fund. The attached screenshot shows the fund details, including the ABN and USI.
I have already lodged a case regarding this issue, but I have not received any confirmation or follow-up email. Could you please help me and advise how I can proceed?
