I'm having difficulties getting the right response from the Virtual Assistant.

Hi Ashmash,

 

Sorting this out needs the expertise of our awesome support team to run a script. If our virtual assistant isn't hitting the mark, just type "get help from a support agent" and you'll get a link to chat with our live agents. You can also ring them up directly or raise a support case via MyAccount. Start by checking out this link, and they'll have you back on track in no time.
