Payroll Activity Report

Hi allFirstly thank you for the help I have received so far from this forum.&nbsp;The Payroll Activity Report has a column for Deductions and there was only the NZ Student Loan deduction going in here.&nbsp;But I now have a Court Fine for an employee and this amount is now included in this report in the e deduction column along with the student loans, so causing some confusion for the accounts team and the auditors .&nbsp;Is it possible to add another column on this report - our auditor is requesting a report which itemises the deductions, by separate category&nbsp;Thank you&nbsp;&nbsp;

I can see why that would cause a bit of confusion for the accounts team and the auditors. In the Payroll Activity Report, the deductions are grouped into the one Deductions column, so there isn’t a way to add a separate column for each deduction category in that report. A handy option though is to click the dropdown next to the employee name, which will show the breakdown of the individual deduction categories underneath. That should help give your accounts team and auditor a clearer view of what makes up the total deductions.
