Payroll for FY2026/2027
Have processed pay runs with todays date 01.07.2026 - but can not see them in STP to submit to ATO. My UTC is correct. How do we fix this ASAP?

I got onto helpdesk and 55min later and a lot of frustration, they admitted there was an issue their end and were able to resolve it and I was able to process pays for new FY27. Nothing to do with ATO....it is always an MYOB issue!
I've just done a manual pay. I will get on to MYOB tomorrow.
I don't have the time or patience today.
At least the staff have been paid.
