Payroll for FY2026/2027
Have processed pay runs with todays date 01.07.2026 - but can not see them in STP to submit to ATO. My UTC is correct. How do we fix this ASAP?

I got onto helpdesk and 55min later and a lot of frustration, they admitted there was an issue their end and were able to resolve it and I was able to process pays for new FY27. Nothing to do with ATO....it is always an MYOB issue!
Did they mention what was the solution in your case? I was told is an issue with the ATO. what a joke. after 1hr and 26 Min call.
