If the pay journals aren’t showing up to match in the bank feed but are in the bank rec, chances are they might’ve been reconciled already or matched a bit differently, worth double checking the dates and amounts just in case. As for uncategorized pay still hanging around after being reversed, I would suggest trying to manually reconciled it. If you’re still stuck, give our team a buzz through our virtual assistant MOCA or pop up a support ticket through MyAccount for further help.
