Payroll not automatching payruns
Any idea how to fix payroll not automatching payruns to bank payments ?

Hi RossY,
Auto-matching of pay runs to bank transactions isn't an available feature. This only kicks in for bills and invoices. That said, it's a solid idea. I'd recommend posting it on our MYOB Business Ideas Exchange board where developers team keep an eye on what users are asking for, and others can jump in and vote too.

I have a lot of prior entries stating "Matched to payroll" ?
What am I not seeing here ?

Good question— and nice work spotting the pattern. When a bank transaction lines up with something in your records, you'll first see "Possible match found." Once it's been matched, it'll switch to "Match to [transaction type]", like payroll in your case. So those entries you're seeing just mean the matches have already been sorted. If you're still having issue with this, you reach out directly to our support team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
