Payroll Reporting

Hi there,

 

In the STP Reporting the 57A box was ticked in error, so just wondering how I untick this?  It doesn't seem to want to let me do this?

    Hi, KristineL

     

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    If you wish to untick the 57A box under the EOFY Finalisation tab, you may need to check if it's already finalised. If yes, kindly undo the finalisation and then delete the amount entered in the 57A box. This will allow you to untick the Enable RFBA box. To do this, go to Singe Touch Payroll reporting > EOFY Finalisation.

      Thank you for your response.  I have tried this, but the 57A box still won't let me untick it?

        Kindly attach a screenshot of what the window looks like on your end so we can further check it. Make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum.
