do i have to download my bank file everytime and uploa to my bank to make salary payment and ird payee payment? or is there a way it gets deducted everytime from myob? i have already setup electronic payment

That's a good one. Would be nice if it just handled itself. With electronic payments, you'll still need to download the bank file after each pay run and upload it into your online banking to process the wages. MYOB gets everything ready, but the bank still needs the last step from you. For the IRD PAYE side of things, that's separate. Best to jump into your IRD online account or give them a quick call to check if you can link your bank account for payments. Some setups let you automate that part a bit more.
