Payrun not showing in STP reporting
I have just gone to do my quarterly BAS and the amount for payroll and PAYGW the ATO had was less than MYOB. After looking at the payruns I noticed 1 payroll week is not showing in the STP reporting...

Thanks for reaching out. In addition to this, if all the reports are correct, you can manually edit/correct what's in the BAS.

Hi Earl_HD , I'm having the same problem. The payrun shows in MYOB, the YTD verification report is accurate and shows it, but the STP in MYOB doesn't show it and when I look at the ATO it doesn't have it. I've sent several event updates and still nothing. I've undone the EOY process for this employee and still nothing. My activity report balances to my pay run history and payroll register. But regardless of all this, this one particular pay run doesn't show on the STP report and even though it should theoretically have been updated with the ATO when I did the EOY (because the verification report includes it) it doesn't appear to be with the ATO becuase when I do a 'download' of the submissions, this payroll report is missing. would appreciate any help that anyone can give.
