Payrun not showing in STP reporting
I have just gone to do my quarterly BAS and the amount for payroll and PAYGW the ATO had was less than MYOB. After looking at the payruns I noticed 1 payroll week is not showing in the STP reporting...

MYOB keeps asking everyone the same questions and not actually providing the solution / fix. I am not sure why they cannot read the detail everyone is providing and need to have it repeated over and over again. MYOB users are running a payrun, reporting it through STP and then the STP report shows that payrun as $0 when the actual payrun clearly has a $ value. MYOB can you please advise ?
