Thanks for posting on the forum, this does seem frustrating for you. I see you already have a case with our Customer Resolutions Team. This is the right team to be working with for a solution here. This most commonly happens due to logos, but in the team's latest response to you they're asking multiple questions, it'll likely be a process of elimination, troubleshooting various possible issues to get to the bottom of this. Hopefully, it won’t take too long to get sorted out. Feel free to answer their questions as best as you can.
