Payslips not emailing
Hi - I have an ongoing issue with payslips not sending to employees via email. The pay history shows that the payslips have been emailed. I have double checked all email addresses are correct and have also tried alternate email addresses and still no payslips arrive in their inbox. I have just had to send seven weeks of historical payslips to one employee manually. I am using Business PRO.
Any suggestions for why this feature is not working and how I can fix it?
