I have just processed a ETP for an employee. She has an agreement that her unused long service leave and annual leave can be salary sacrificed into super. I have processed the ETP but can't figure out how to action this to be salary sacrificed. I have not transferred any money as I want this correct in MYOB first. Help! Thanks

Totally get why you paused! An ETP can’t be salary sacrificed or the payout of unused annual/long service leave to super. Those termination amounts aren’t OTE and ETPs can’t be rolled into super. If they want it in super, process the termination correctly and pay it out, then they can make a personal super contribution and, if eligible, lodge a notice of intent to claim a deduction.
