I am trying to complete STP for the 2023 year.
I have 1 employee with an ETP - the value of the ETP is not being included in Gross Payments. When I reversed the original payrun it somehow sent the ETP figures into negative balances. I have tried reversing and rerunning and running nil payruns but I cannot get this to correct.
Hi Betts - same issue. have put up a new post.
have reversed and now the single employee has three negatives on his summary, one correct one, and the total vetification report is wrong.
Not to mention the MESS that my bank is in.......

Just wondering if you have had any luck in getting this fixed? I have been on the phone to MYOB a few times over the past few days and they are saying the only resolution is to do this reversal and repayment but I don't see how I won't have the same issue as you.
