Finding out STP wasn’t set up until you’re smack in the middle of EOFY tasks can feel overwhelming but having PAYG and super sorted already means you’re off to a good start. 

For payroll reporting, only the pays processed after enabling STP will be sent through the STP. This means you can’t directly send those earlier pays for EOFY via STP, although it really depends on your situation. If you’re about to process a new pay with STP switched on, the YTD (year-to-date) figures you enter with that first STP-enabled pay run can actually include those previous pays.
