STP Report not matching MYOB data

I have created January pay run with correct data entry and pay slips generated with correct amount.

However the STP Report received by ATO only showed $0 amount in Gross Income.

Please advise what I should do or is it a MYOB glitch?

    Thanks for your post, and my apologies for the late response. To address this, I suggest gently reviewing the payroll reports for any potential discrepancies.

    Hi Earl

    Yes, I'm still having this issue. All my data entry is correct.

    Checked MYOB January Payroll Summary Report:  Gross payment was correct.

    Checked YTD Payroll register report, Payroll activity report, Payr run history report & Payroll summary report are all matched and correct.

    Please advise what should I do.
