If you are still having the same issue, we recommend refreshing your MYOB account by clearing the cache and cookies of the browser and then checking the report.
Regarding the difference between "new pay run" and "update," typically "new pay run" is used when you are creating a completely new payroll for a period, while "update" is used when you are making changes to an already existing payroll.
