Appreciate the additional info. It looks like it’ll need some further investigation on the back end, so our support team will need to review things directly on your account/file. As you’ve already submitted a support request, the best thing now is to keep an eye on your email – the team will get back to you there once they’ve completed their checks.
Please allow 3–5 business days for them to respond; they’re the ones who can dig into the logs and help get this sorted for you.
