STP2 finalisation with RFBA exempt amounts

I am trying to finalise the EOFY, and 2 employees won'tget accepted for finalisation.

One, I think because he earnt less than the amount of the grossed up amount of his Salary packaging, because of the FBT year going from April to March I think, and he resigned part way though 2022.

The other I don't know. She also has Salary packaging, and it is showing as less that the amount of salary packaging in the payment summary, also because of the FBT year, I think....

Any help would be much appreciated
