If you're unable to reverse a transaction or if the reverse button is not showing, it might be because the transaction you're trying to reverse doesn't require reversal. Make sure you are attempting to reverse a completed super payment transaction. If that's not the case, there might be restrictions based on user roles or permissions. Ensure you have the necessary permissions to perform reversals.
