Why can I not see the option to chose a Pay event for submitting backdated STP?

I have employees on a fixed salary, so am often submitting the STP late. 

I used to be able to select the 'PAY event' option so that it still shows up on the ATO reports and in the BAS prefill.

Now I can't find that checkbox. Has it disappeared or do I need to change something in the settings?

    Hi Suzeb,

     

    You’re spot on that the ‘Pay Event’ button should show up for a past date pay run, and you don’t need to muck about with your settings to get it back. Since you’re not seeing the option to select 'Pay Event', make sure to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. This way, they can look more and help you.
