Hi Suzeb,
You’re spot on that the ‘Pay Event’ button should show up for a past date pay run, and you don’t need to muck about with your settings to get it back. Since you’re not seeing the option to select 'Pay Event', make sure to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. This way, they can look more and help you.
