One of out clients has asked us regarding a .rpt file format
How do I view a file with a file format .rpt
The reports I am looking at come out of MYOB AE.
Is there a specific program that we need to open?

Hi S,
Since most RPT files are saved in text format, most of the files can be opened using a text editor, such as Microsoft Notepad or Apple TextEdit. If the RPT file is saved in a proprietary format, you will most likely need to use the program that created the file to open it.

With MYOB an .rpt file is usually a report file (template used to generate a report) and cannot be opened directly.
