GST General Ledger settings

Question

Hi Everyone
My General Ledger settings for GST collected and Paid seem to be wrong.&nbsp; The GST collected Account Balance is going down in value instead of increasing even though the figures being posted are going to the credit side of the account.&nbsp; GST Paid also seems to be incorrect.&nbsp; has anyone else had this happen.&nbsp; I have attached the GL printout for you to look at.&nbsp;

Hi mandy6​ , your current entries are being posted correctly, but the opening balances are probably the opposite of what they should be. You need to track back and see how that happened&nbsp;
