Job Codes Reports

I compare my total profit and loss to individual job code report by total to ensure that every item is job coded. 

 

I need a report that shows job code against transaction to determine which transactions have not been job coded for all profit and loss transactions for a given period.

 

I have looked at all the reports and I cannot find any that show job code against the transaction.

    Hi PetervanErk,

     

    Thanks for raising this. There isn’t currently a single report that shows all profit and loss transactions with their job code and also highlights the ones with no job assigned in the one view. The closest workaround is:

     

    • Go to Reporting > Reports > Jobs and run either Job transactions (accrual) or Job activity to see the transactions that already have a job code.
    • Then go to Reporting > Reports > General ledger, set the same date range, add the Job and Job name columns, export the report to Excel, and filter the Job column for blanks. That will show the transactions that haven’t been job coded.
