Hi stephics123,
Thank you for the response. This is happening if there are any VOID transactions in the date range. Using the Find transactions, please try to locate transactions with a transaction line with bot a void (0$) amount and a job number. Please remove these void lines and resave the transaction and let me know how it goes.
Please let me know if you need further help.
Kind regards,
Sai

Hi stephics123,
Thank you for your comprehensive response, and I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.If clearing the browser cache didn't resolve the issue, providing the Chrome console error would greatly assist in identifying the root cause. Below are instructions on how to retrieve this information:
Accessing the Console:
- Click on the Chrome menu (the three vertical dots) and navigate to More Tools >> Developer Tools.
- Alternatively, right-click anywhere on the Chrome window and select Inspect.
- You can also use the shortcut keys Ctrl + Shift + I to access the Inspector.
Viewing Console Logs:
- Once the Developer Tools window is open, select the Console tab to observe the logs.
Clearing the Console:
- Right-click within the Console and choose Clear Console to ensure a clean log for the current session.
Recreating the Error:
- Perform the action or process that triggers the error. Any errors will be displayed in red within the log.
Please copy and paste the error message into this thread. If feasible, attaching a screenshot of the error would be immensely helpful. Thank you!
Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
Regards,

I'm having the same problem with the same report.
I've put in a support request and they've told me the following:
"Thank you for your patience and I am sorry for the delay. To resolve this, using Find transactions, locate transactions with a transaction line with both a void ($0) amount and a job number. Remove these void lines and re-save the transaction.
When all void transaction lines have been removed the report will run without issue."It hasn't worked for me, still waiting for a reply if there's anything else I can try.

Hi tombailey,
Thanks for posting your concern in the forum.I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties in displaying this report. This issue generally is caused by transactions lines that are ($0) I recommend trying out what Earl_HD has suggested previously. If the issue persists after that, you can run the job profit and loss report month by month to narrow down which month causes the issue. You can then filter the report day by day until we find the date with the specific issue. We can then check all transactions for that day and remove the zero lines.
Let us know if you require any further assistance.
THanks,

Looking for them in Find Transactions didn't work forme.
Running the report month by month, then going to the sales register to find the $0 transactions has worked for me.
Thank you!
