On Web version of AR the Job Transactions (accrual) says it "Display all transactions that have been assigned to a job", yet if there has been an invoice and a credit note both with the job number, but the balance for the job is zero, that job does not show up on the Job transaction report. When the report is run on the desktop version it will show up. Please MYOB if your report is supposed the show ALL TRANSACTIONS then make it show them all!

Thanks for raising this, and apologies for the frustration.
What you’ve described does sound consistent with an issue we’ve seen where a job may not appear in the Job Transactions (accrual) report if the net activity for the selected date range is $0, even though transactions do exist against that job.
Our team is already aware of this behaviour and it has been flagged for investigation. In the meantime, one thing you can try is running the report over smaller date ranges, as the job may appear when the net activity for that period is not zero.

Changing dates will not work, as all income and expenses for each job have the same date. This is a MYOB issue, when you say a reports shows all transaction, then it should do that. No ifs and buts.
