We recently started running targeted marketing campaigns, and we are looking into a precise contact report.
Is it possible to generate a report of contacts associated with purchasing or quoting jobs for a particular product (with a stock code)?
Example: product update, we need to notify customers who purchased or received the quote.
Any advice will be much appreciated

Love the idea of targeting people who’ve already bought that product, that’s a ripper approach. You can run an Item Sales report to see who’s bought that item over a specific date range.
The catch is it’ll only show actual sales, not quotes. At the moment, there isn’t a report that lets you filter quotes by the item on the line.

While there isn't a built in report that pulls contacts by product or stock code, you can pop this on MYOB Business Ideas Exchange board as a feature request, include your example around needing to notify customers from past purchases or quotes, and other users who want the same thing can vote on it so it gets more visibility with the product team.
