We pay commission to agents based on Salesperson settings. However we have one situation, for one customer, where we want to pay commission to 2 different salespeople for the same order. 40% to one agent and 60% to the other. Can anyone think of any creative, simple ways to account for this within MYOB without disturbing to integrity of the other sales figures for these 2 salespeople ? Thanks Chris

Thanks for the reply. We are doing it manually now but I was just wondering if anyone had some creative ideas on how to automate it. I don't expect this will ever be something that is worth MYOB implementing as I'm probably the only one in the country doing it :)

Thanks for sharing why you’d want to split the commission.
The software doesn’t currently have a native option to allocate one order to two salespeople using different percentages.
The safest option is to assign the order to one salesperson, then calculate the 40/60 split separately and record the commission payments manually. I wouldn’t recommend entering the order twice, as this could affect your sales figures.
