Sorry to hear that you have had that experience with contacting our phone-based team. Both the Unpaid Invoices Report and the Unpaid Bills reports are available to be filtered for different financial years.
To find them go to; Reporting > Reports > Open the relevant report to run it > Select the date under Date range > Refresh.
If you are still unable to get the report, can you reply with a screenshot of the message you receive when you attempt to run the report so I can have a look into that for you?
