Hi Genreve
Thanks for your help .
After trying all the above (except exporting and re-importing the account list) I still can't get it to work.
I also logged in under the "owner" user - not change
I did notice a recurring journal transaction that started in Oct 2000 with the next one due Nov 2000. This is no longer used, but I can't open it to remove it. When I try to open it, I get the "oops something went wrong" page
Regards
Graham

Hi GrahamWB,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot.
Since you’ve already tried another browser, cleared the cache, and restarted, this could be something in the file rather than a browser issue.
A few things to try:
- Run the report for a shorter date range first.
- Go to Settings > Report settings and click Save twice.
- Sign out, sign back in, and try the report again.
- Check your Chart of Accounts and make sure no header accounts are sitting under another header as detail accounts.
- If it started from a certain date, check bills or invoices around that date and resave any with unusual payment terms.
- If it only affects this report, you can also try exporting and re-importing the accounts list without changes, but only if you’re comfortable doing that.
If it still won’t load after that, it's best to reach out to support through My Account or connect with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant, so they can check the file and apply a fix if needed.
Regards,
Genreve
