Receivables reconciliation with tax report

Good Afternoon,   I have been trying to raise a report from MYOB for the Accountant. Just get the spinning wheel. Anyone else have this problem. TIA

I was wondering what happened. I am able to process the reports now. Thank you.

Hi firstresponse,

 

I'm glad to hear you can process the reports now! This issue usually happens because the report is pulling too much data, causing a backend timeout. If it happens again, you can either run the report for a shorter period or get in touch with our support team for a fix.
