Report packs using custom PDF style templates not generating
I have no problem with generating a report pack using the default PDF style but if I select a custom one, all I get is the rotating wheel to show it's processing but it never finishes the process.
I have tried to set up a new custom pdf template with our company branding using a low res logo, thinking that might help, but when I try to save the template this also results in the wheel of death.
- The only template changes I made are adding a logo and corporate colours.
- I am using Chrome and have tried clearing the cache, didn't make any difference.
Any ideas on what may be causing this issue and how to rectify it?

Thank you for your post, and my apologies for the delay in responding back to your query.
If you wish to cancel your online file subscription but still want to access the reports, you can certainly do so. You will need to back up the online company file first. Once you've done that, you can restore it locally to your computer. This will give you read-and-write access to that file, specifically if it's a perpetual license file.
Please note that this process will allow you to access your reports and data even after the subscription is cancelled. However, it's always a good idea to export and save any reports you think you may need in the future for added security.
