Reports - Failed to load report

Anyone have any ideas to help me produce reports? In the reporting area, under sales, trying to get my unpaid invoices report and it keeps popping up Failed to load report

    Hi LisaDrains,

    Thanks for the details. In MYOB Business, this error appears when a report tries to load too much data. Set a shorter date range and re-run to prevent it. If the issue continues, make sure to reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
