Reports Drill Down Changes

What have MYOB done to reports? 

When you drill down into a Balance Sheet code you can no longer read the data!

I hope this is an error that will get fixed quickly

    We have been able to apply a fix, you should now be able to drill into the total amount without any display issues.

    I have the same issue here. I also note that when editing the filters on this window, the moment a new value (eg a date) is typed, the filter closes.

  • This is crazy, did no one review the outcome of these changes before they were deployed across the system.  In addition to this major issue a couple of days ago a change was made to the UI which doubled spaced all the rows in certain screens eg. Reports, Contact Lists, Find Transactions screen just to name a few.  I would love to know why these screens have had these very unhelpful changes made to them.

  • I have no idea what MYOB has done. I can’t see the transaction list when I click on any account.

    Hi MRW,

     

    If MYOB reports drill-down are playing up, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and make sure you’re using the same reporting dates and reporting method across the reports. If the still not showing codes, give our live chat team a buzz via our virtual assistant MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. They can dive deeper into this and help you resolve the issue.

    Hi Shella,

    I attempted to log in to MYOB using both Google and Windows, but I experienced the same problem. I also spoke with your MYOB support team, and they confirmed that this issue exists.

    Please fix this as soon as possible. At the moment, when I click on the account, it is very difficult to view the transactions!!

    no this is a bug in your system that needs to be fixed everyone i know is having the same issue can you address this immediately with myob to have it sorted.

    This is awful - it was so easy to drill down and check transactions from any report - now it is a useless window appearing - too small and you cannot see the detail.

    Really sorry about the hassle with drilling into transactions from reports and getting stuck with that tiny window. It’s a known issue and has already been logged for our developers to investigate and fix as a priority. Your notes about trying Google and Windows sign-ins and confirming with our support team are really helpful, and we’re seeing the same across other accounts, so it’s firmly on our radar. Thanks for bearing with us and we'll get this sorted.
