Spend Money transaction not reflected in balance sheet report

I have generated the attached spend money transaction, however the balance sheet report for the bank account is still showing the same amount rather than a balance amount less the spend money total of $20240.94.

Our accountant required that all bank balances in the report function of MYOB match the end of month bank statements issued by the bank. How do we fix this please? From - Sandra Willie, Calm Consulting Pty Ltd. (M:0433121999)

    Thank you for the follow up. We have now solved this problem. It was our error - we had the wrong date on the spend money/receive money entries and that's why it wasnt working for us. So sorry to take up your time.
