Supplier purchases report with monthly breakdown?

Question

I am wanting to compare the amount spent with a particular supplier(s) between each month for the year. Currently the supplier purchases report can only generate within a specified date range, therefore I'm having to enter the date range of each month to generate the amount and record the value to then set the next months date range.

The software does not have pre-made settings to filter by month. However, I understand how useful this feature could be in saving time. I suggest posting this idea on the Ideas Exchange board so other users can vote. This way, our product team can see the demand and potentially prioritize it for future updates.
